The COVID-19 outbreak has had a huge impact throughout the U.S. and in the world. Due to a massive number of blood drive cancellations, the American Red Cross is currently facing a severe blood shortage. There is no known end date in this fight against COVID-19 and the Red Cross needs the help of blood donors and blood drive hosts to maintain a sufficient blood supply for the weeks to come.
