Though troop levels in combat zones are far lower than during the major operations of a number of years ago, there are still service members in dangerous environments including training and the operation of military equipment. Your pledge to give blood on behalf of the American Legion is indicative of your support for the troops in harm’s way and your sincere empathy for any of the blood recipients.
