Only 3 out of 100 Americans donate blood, yet every two seconds someone needs it. Fewer people are donating blood to help patients. You can change that by joining the international Missing Types movement and fill in the missing blood types.

There is a severe need for blood, all types, summer brings more injuries with children out of school and playing outside, there is a severe shortage, the Red Cross needs blood today!!! Only 3 out of 100 people give blood and we need to get more people to donate. I recently found out that my blood can be used for babies under 3 lbs, which is a very rare blood type, so I plan to give as often as possible!
