Roll Up Your Sleeve for Officer John Daily

41 /70

John Daily, College Park High School Basketball alumni, was critically injured in an accident on Christmas Eve morning in Houston where he, along with his twin brother Michael, are police officers. Officer Daily and his partner were struck by a drunk driver causing their vehicle to roll over several times and catch fire.   Officer Daily was pulled from the vehicle by his partner but suffered burns on 50% of his body.

John has had several surgeries to repair his skin and several more are needed.  Join us at the “Roll  Up your Sleeves to Honor Office John Daily” event.  The blood drive will take place at the Pleasant Hill American Red Cross Blood Center (140 Gregory Lane) from January 29th through February 5th.  There will be a poster at the Blood Bank for everyone to sign or write a message which will be delivered to John after the campaign.

John chose a career to be a first responder to help others in need.  By you making a donation to the Blood Center in his name, you will be honoring him with the gift of life for someone else.

Friends and Family of John Daily please schedule an appointment by calling 800-733-2767 or go to redcrossblood.org. Those that live outside of Pleasant Hill can pledge to donate at another Red Cross location site by entering your zip code.

You can follow John’s progress on the I FIGHT WITH JOHN Facebook page.
