​The “Bear Cub” Giving Back Campaign
​Our Story:
Recently, my husband—known to many as “Bear Cub”—underwent his second open-heart surgery. It was a significant undertaking, and during his procedure and recovery, he required blood and blood products that were only available because of the selfless act of donors.
​We are incredibly grateful that he is now on the road to recovery. As a way to honor his strength and say “thank you” for the gift of life he received, our family wants to give back.
​Our Goal:
We’ve started this SleevesUp campaign to help replenish the supply for the next patient, the next family, and the next “Bear Cub” who needs a helping hand.
