In early January, our wonderful friend Saxon was diagnosed with Leukemia while on vacation with her family. She is currently undergoing treatment, and part of that treatment has been several blood transfusions of blood, platelets, and chryo.
Saxon is an amazing friend, boss, mom, author, and advocate and she brings so much joy to everyone who knows her. Her request as she continues her battle is for people to donate blood if they are able, as blood donations saved her life and allowed her to keep moving forward in her fight.
Saxon is located in Australia, but blood donations are needed everywhere, and we want to stand with her and get readers out and donating! Everyone loves a “they’d bleed for you” trope, so let’s bring that energy into the real world!
