Love Like Babbs: A Virtual Blood Drive Honoring Jeff Babb
Love Like Babbs is a virtual blood drive created to celebrate and honor the life of Jeff Babb, a devoted husband, father, and a man whose life was defined by love, kindness, and generosity.
Jeff was the beloved husband of Lorinda Babb, and a proud father to Riley. During a time of great need, Jeff was able to receive the life-saving gift of blood which is an extraordinary act of generosity given by strangers. That gift gave Jeff time, comfort, and care when it mattered most.
Although Jeff is no longer with us, the love that surrounded him then, and still surrounds his family now, remains powerful.
Lorinda and Riley are choosing to honor Jeff by sharing that same gift of life with others. Through this virtual blood drive with the American Red Cross, they hope to spread Jeff’s legacy by encouraging others to give blood and help patients and families during their most critical moments.
This campaign is about more than donating blood. It’s about honoring a life lived with compassion. It’s about loving others the way Jeff did: freely, selflessly, and wholeheartedly.
