In honor of Heart Month, we’re kicking off another blood campaign to support those in need of vital blood transfusions. The Red Cross must collect 15,000 blood donations every day to have enough blood to help patients in 2,700 hospitals and transfusion centers nationwide. As you know, collecting those numbers is getting harder, and if there’s anything we can do to help patients receive that life-saving blood, we want to be a part of it.
We know not everyone can donate and that’s completely understandable. Simply getting the word out to anyone who can is just as important and goes a long way toward helping those in need.
Please join us by rolling your SleevesUp — in deed and by getting the word out — and help us reach our goal. Make and keep an appointment to give blood to the American Red Cross or encourage others to do so, and let’s make a difference together.
