I’m blood type O, so I have donated blood on and off for years. However following the birth of both of my daughters, I was borderline in need of a blood transfusion. That really lit a fire in me to donate more.
I have just hit my one gallon donation goal. While it’s not a lot, it feels like a great accomplishment, and I can’t wait to donate more. I don’t have money to give, but I can give the blood I have and one hour of my time to donate.
Please join me in celebrating my birthday, and this beautiful thing called life, by donating blood. Help someone else’s life continue to be beautiful and thriving. It only takes about an hour, and I’m only asking for 10%. 😉
