The Red Cross is experiencing the worst blood shortage in over a decade. The dangerously low blood supply levels have forced some hospitals to defer patients from major surgery, including organ transplants. Your donation is desperately needed.
We can make a difference! Please join me in donating blood or platelets as many times as you can between now and St. Patrick’s Day (March 17, 2022). Our goal is to donate 150 pints! **Employees may use up to two volunteer hours to donate blood during regular business hours. Email your appointment date and time to [email protected] for approval.**
Every pint of blood and platelets can help save THREE people. On average, you are able to donate blood every 56 days and platelets every 28 days.
