CareLinc Medical Equipment is hosting a Blood Drive on June 15th!
June 14th is World Blood Donor Day and as you may remember we lost our friend and co-worker, Joel Boomsma, last fall. Well, his birthday happens to be June 15th and it only seems fitting to have the Red Cross come to our 54th St. CareLinc and set up a Blood Drive in his honor!
Now you can join in whether you are near or far with this SleevesUp campaign! From June 15th to September 15th – you can donate blood and use the #CareLincBloodDrive to honor Joel’s memory and make a difference where it matters most – right here in our community!
Did you know that every pint of donated blood has the potential to save up to 3 lives!?
To be eligible you must be: At least 17 years of age, weigh at least 110 pounds, and be in good health.
Let’s honor the amazing Joel Boomsma on his birthday this year!
