I have been looking for a meaningful way to honor my parents memories. This high holiday season an idea finally came to me. Both my parents were in need of blood and/or platelets transfusions during their hospitalizations. I was able to witness firsthand how necessary it is to have more donors and how it can really help others in their time of need. So I did some research and decided to sign up to become a regular donor of both blood and platelets. My hope is that in some way I can help someone else in their time of need and honor my parents at the same time. It is surprisingly easy and convenient to sign up to do so. I’m posting this link in the hopes that others will join me in becoming a regular donor. Its only a hour out of your day every 2 months approximately to help save a life. Lets help make our world a better place for everyone.
