I’m asking for my friends to make an appointment and give blood to the American Red Cross through a Virtual Blood Drive. There is a constant demand for blood in the US: cancer patients, accident survivors, and people with blood disorders need blood every day. Ensuring that as many people as possible donate blood is something that I am very passionate about, and your blood donation would, I feel, be the best way to celebrate my 20th birthday.
Making a blood donation appointment is very easy – just go to the Red Cross website and find a donation site near you.
