Memorial day is coming up. Although many of us celebrate with the day off of work and backyard bbqs, that’s not what the holiday is about. To me the day is about honoring those that served this country and paid the ultimate sacrifice. It’s about honoring the families left behind and the sacrifices they have had to make.
I want to honor one of those fallen heroes. His name is Seth Stanton. He died in Iraq on December 17, 2006 (10 years this year) at the age of 19. He left behind his parents and two younger brothers.
Many lives are saved because people donate blood. Join me in this SleevesUp campaign. Give blood in honor of Seth.
