It’s my “30” birthday this month. My birthday wish is that I am able to use my power to save some lives by donating blood, and asking my friends to join me. I recently donated my 29th pint – despite growing up deathly afraid of needles. (See my pic). The text I received telling me that my blood went to the local Children’s Hospital made it totally worth the effort.

So…I am starting a Sleeves Up Campaign and asking you to join me in saving a life by making an appointment to donate today using this link, and asking others? What a gift that would be – for me and the person who receives the blood. Every 2 seconds someone in the U.S. needs lifesaving blood. Let’s make sure that they have it when they need it.
