My husband, Daniel Stout, was recently diagnosed with acute leukemia, and has received several units of blood products. We do not know the donors, but are eternally grateful that they donated blood. We encourage others to ‘donate a pint’ so that people needing blood products will receive them. We have a large social family through the US and know they would be willing to go the extra mile.
